natural beach sea view comfortable sunloungers slow check-in complementary gifts price discrepancy
the beach setting is very nice. it has a lovely natural beach and views to the sea. i loved spending time on the very comfortable sunloungers. the whole beach team provided fabulous service.
the check-in was very slow. people spent time selecting water bottles as complementary gifts. it was ridiculous for an efficient check-in process.

attentive service fast e-butler efficient e-butler spacious design
I really enjoyed the live sports at the bar! mr asanka provided great service. the atmosphere was awesome. i appreciated the fast and efficient e-butler service. the beach staff worked quickly to supply water and towels. the hotel offers a very spacious, well-designed layout.
i found that two restaurants closed limited dining options.

The service at breakfast was slow. It often took a long time for a waitress to take our order for water or coffee. The hotel territory lacked trees and grass.

natural ingredients friendly staff
i loved the beach! it was similar to cancun, mexico, where i love to relax. butler khamdam helped me so fast and the reception staff were so courteous! i also loved the cocktails with natural ingredients like mango and berries.
i noticed the gym and spa appear to be outside the resort building. they look like an addition.

the hotel features multiple pools, each kept at a warm temperature. ample seating options are available in all areas. the gym offers advanced equipment, allowing guests to continue their workout routines without interruption.

the staff ensured guests felt happy. i would like to mention the quick help from butler khamdam. the reception staff, managers, and waiters on the beach and in the restaurant are all friendly and willing to assist with anything you need.
